Dinosaur National Monument - FallThe petroglyphs and pictographs in Dinosaur National Monument are among the most interesting that the Lizard has ever run across. They even include some huge depictions of kinfolk! Archeologists tell us that they were created by the Fremont People about 1,000 years ago, give or take a century or two. There are numerous places in the Utah section of the Monument where you will find rock art, but the Lizard's favorites are all in the Cub Creek sites. |
